As a therapist, I endeavor to be authentic, caring and interactive with my clients. I use the principles and proven methods of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the “Depth Psychology” approach of Existential Therapy-Logotherapy.
Existential Psychologists believe that while it’s important to identify and change the symptoms that come with mental illness, life issues, addictions, relationship issues, and other psychological dilemmas — we also need to go deeper — addressing how a person defines and understands meaning, relationships, purpose, and a life well lived.
